Fabulous customer service from start to finish, felt at ease and no pressure to buy the van , when I went to look at the van Tom handed me the keys and said I leave you to look around it and test drive the van to see if I liked it.

Tom was very helpful from the start, was able to answer all of my questions and overall very friendly and welcoming, he went the extra mile to stay on later just to ensure that I had enough time to look at the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Just bought a C Class from Tom. Very easy process. Friendly and genuine guy. Car was exactly as advertised. No pressure during the viewing, he just answered a few questions I had. I live pretty local (East Cardiff) and he was even happy to drop it off a few days later which was a big help. This is how it should be done.

I purchased a Nissan from T.C Cars this week and he couldn't be enough help, I was able to test drive the car and give it a good look over and all through the documents too. It exterior is very well kept and is pristine inside! very happy with the car was able to drive off within the hour with it.
